Account Manager – 3P Seller Relations

About the role
The Account Manager will own a portfolio of high‑impact seller accounts that generate more than 20% of the category’s revenue. You will build strong relationships with top sellers, champion their needs within Amazon, and drive initiatives that improve the customer experience and grow the business.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain communication channels across all levels of the seller organization, set expectations, and provide clear status updates.
- Create and execute strategic account plans that capture key growth opportunities for both the seller and Amazon.
- Lead improvement projects such as new product launches, onboarding, and operational enhancements to boost seller performance.
- Conduct deep‑dive analyses, produce executive‑level reports, and publish data‑driven recommendations to increase seller productivity.
Required profile
- 2+ years of sales or account management experience.
- 2+ years of experience working with Excel or a Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify performance drivers, and apply best practices.
- Experience resolving key open issues and delivering actionable recommendations for seller accounts.
