Workload Automation Consultant

About the role

As a Workload Automation Consultant you will act as the primary advisor for internal business units, designing intelligent, application‑level workflows and eliminating manual touchpoints. The role focuses on customer‑facing solution design, workflow orchestration and AI‑driven hyper‑automation innovations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and configure application workflows using tools such as Redwood RunMyJobs or Broadcom Automic.
• Collaborate with business partners to replace manual processes with automated solutions.
• Integrate disparate systems through scripting and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Explore and prototype AI/ML and generative AI capabilities to enhance automation.

Required profile

• Strong bias for action with an “Automate Everything” mindset.
• Excellent consultative and client‑facing communication skills in English.
• Growth‑oriented attitude, eager to experiment with emerging technologies like GenAI and LLMs.

Required skills

• Experience with workload automation platforms (Redwood RunMyJobs, Broadcom Automic/UC4).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell, JavaScript).
• Hands‑on knowledge of REST and SOAP API integration.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, generative AI APIs, and RPA tools.
• Understanding of Linux and Windows operating system architectures.
