Wedding Planner (Event Coordinator)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Wedding Planner to design, coordinate, and execute memorable wedding experiences for our clients. You will work closely with couples, vendors, and venues to ensure every element runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Meet clients to capture their vision, preferences, and budget.
• Design wedding concepts, themes, and overall experiences.
• Identify, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors such as venues, decorators, caterers, and photographers.
• Create detailed timelines, checklists, and event schedules.
• Manage budgets, optimise costs, and handle guest logistics including RSVPs.
• Oversee on‑site execution of all wedding functions and troubleshoot any issues.
• Ensure high standards of hospitality and guest experience throughout the event.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in wedding planning or event management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and large‑scale events.
• Deep understanding of Indian wedding traditions, timelines, and touchpoints.
• Strong organisational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently and be present on‑site during key wedding days.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Zoho CRM.
• Familiarity with event‑planning software.
