Web Developer

About the role

The Web Developer will design, build and thoroughly test web‑based applications that support various components of our website. The role also involves editing and updating site content, documenting technical designs and specifications, and researching new content to keep the site current and engaging.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop web applications according to business requirements.
• Perform functional and performance testing of web components.
• Edit, update and maintain website content.
• Document technical designs, specifications and implementation details.
• Research and integrate updated content to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to clarify requirements and align on project goals.
• Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to junior team members.
• Monitor application performance and implement improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in business requirements analysis and web development.
• Strong analytical ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and become a subject‑matter expert.
