Web Developer Associate – Marketing Operations

About the role
Accenture is looking for a Web Developer Associate to join its Marketing Operations team. You will help clients create and maintain digital experiences across web, mobile, and e‑commerce channels, supporting data‑driven marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web pages using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Design and implement server‑side components that respond to HTTP requests.
- Build client‑side features that deliver rich user experiences in browsers.
- Set up and interact with databases to support web applications.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Resolve technical questions and provide guidance to the development team.
Required profile
- Any graduate degree.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in web application development.
- Strong interest in digital marketing and technology integration.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
Required skills
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
