Warehouse Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced E‑commerce Warehouse & Operations Manager to oversee end‑to‑end logistics for multiple online channels, including Amazon FBA, Flipkart FBF, Vendor Central and Quick‑Commerce platforms. The role requires hands‑on expertise in consumer electronics and mobile accessories, with a focus on inventory accuracy, dispatch efficiency and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inward and outward stock flow with 100% accuracy, maintaining inventory records via ERP/WMS/Excel.
• Conduct cycle counts, stock audits, reconciliations and implement FIFO/LIFO practices.
• Process purchase orders on Vendor Central, create ASNs, GRNs, packing slips and ensure timely dispatch.
• Maintain packing standards, SKU labeling accuracy and platform‑specific packaging requirements for Amazon FBA and Flipkart FBF.
• Oversee order processing, picking, packing, labeling and dispatch, coordinating with Amazon/Flipkart warehouse teams.
• Allocate and replenish stock for Quick‑Commerce partners (Blinkit, Zepto), ensuring real‑time updates to avoid cancellations.
• Lead the warehouse team, generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and monitor returns, replacements and reverse logistics.
• Drive process improvements, cost reduction and compliance across all operations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven experience in e‑commerce and warehouse operations.
• Industry background in consumer electronics or mobile accessories.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon FBA, Flipkart FBF, Vendor Central and Quick‑Commerce platforms.
• Excellent Excel and MIS reporting skills (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis).
• Proficiency with ERP/WMS software and team leadership abilities.
