Graduate FHS Customer Operations & Transversal Projects Manager

About the role

You will join Airbus Flight Hour Services (FHS) in New Delhi as a graduate member of the Customer Operations & Transversal Projects team. The two‑year graduate programme combines on‑the‑job responsibilities with structured soft‑skill development to prepare you for future leadership roles.

Key responsibilities

• Measure, analyse and report FHS component performance for both FHS‑C and TSP deals.
• Secure on‑time delivery of core units and manage the local interface with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor contract service‑level adherence through KPIs covering operational, quality and cost performance.
• Communicate progress of supply‑chain action plans and act as the entry point for retrofit programme implementation.
• Define, prioritise and track improvement plans, handling escalations when needed.
• Provide operational data to the Commercial Project Manager and participate in regular Program Management Reviews with the customer.
• Collaborate with Tech Records and Planning teams for TSP component requirements.
• Govern transformation projects at leadership level, shaping strategy and steering execution.

Required profile

• Degree in Aviation Management (Supply Chain or Operations specialization preferred).
• Recent graduate or first professional experience in project management or aviation logistics.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Motivation to work collaboratively and drive personal development.
• Project Management certification (desired).
• Knowledge of OEM, supplier or MRO operations and airline logistics.
• Familiarity with maintenance information systems such as AMASIS, RAMCO or AMOS.
