Warehouse Coordinator – Level II

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator – Level II to support day‑to‑day warehouse operations under the guidance of Operations Management. The role involves coordinating inbound, outbound and kitting activities, ensuring safety, quality and efficient material flow.

Key responsibilities

• Follow Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) procedures, report hazards, use PPE and lead HSE training.
• Perform quality checks, identify non‑conforming material and raise issues to minimise cost and quality exposure.
• Receive, sort, label, store and dispatch incoming goods, operating both manual and automated equipment to meet cycle‑time targets.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area, conduct routine housekeeping and support equipment maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with team members and support functions, ensuring training completion and continuous improvement.
