Associate - Category Demand Management

About the role

The Associate - Category Demand Management will support the analysis and optimization of product category demand for a leading fashion e‑commerce platform. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to forecast demand, manage inventory, and drive category growth.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze category demand data to identify patterns, trends, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop demand forecasts and inventory strategies.
• Monitor category performance metrics, pinpoint improvement areas, and implement corrective actions.
• Work with suppliers and vendors to maintain optimal inventory levels and timely replenishment.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
• Support marketing and sales teams with insights and recommendations to boost product demand.
• Utilize demand planning tools and software to improve forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate regularly with internal teams to align category strategies with organizational goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 0‑3 years of experience in category management, demand planning, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
