About the role

The Waiter/Waitress will deliver a consistent, high‑quality service experience to guests at Hyatt Regency Pune. This front‑of‑house position focuses on serving food and beverages efficiently while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in the assigned dining area.
• Ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of tables, stations, and service areas.
• Handle guest inquiries and special requests with a friendly attitude.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate service flow.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum two years of experience in hotel operations.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal abilities.
