About the role

The Waiter/Waitress will deliver a consistent, high‑quality service experience to guests at Hyatt Regency Pune. This front‑of‑house position focuses on serving food and beverages efficiently while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.

Key responsibilities

Serve food and beverages to guests in the assigned dining area.
Ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of tables, stations, and service areas.
Handle guest inquiries and special requests with a friendly attitude.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate service flow.
Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Required profile

Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
Minimum two years of experience in hotel operations.
Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal abilities.
