Veterinary Doctor – Animal Shelter (Bangalore)

About the role

We are seeking dedicated Veterinary Doctors to join our animal shelter in Bangalore. The role offers opportunities for both fresh graduates and professionals with up to three years of experience to contribute to animal welfare initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage the Animal Birth Control (ABC) programme for stray animals.
• Provide medical care, treatment, and preventive services to shelter animals.
• Lead and supervise a small team of veterinary assistants and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with the organization’s clinical guidelines and protocols.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) or Master of Veterinary Science (MVSc).
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong knowledge are also welcome.
• Fluency in English and either Hindi or Kannada.
• Willingness to relocate within India as required by the organization.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Animal Birth Control programmes.
