Utility Team Member – Dishwasher

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Utility Team Member to keep our kitchen running smoothly. You will be responsible for the efficient collection, washing, and storage of dishes, utensils, and cookware, as well as maintaining overall cleanliness of the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Collect used dishes, plates, and utensils from dining and kitchen areas.
• Load and unload commercial dishwashing machines.
• Hand‑wash items that require special care, such as wooden cutting boards, large pots, and delicate china.
• Store clean pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and equipment in their proper locations.
• Monitor inventory of clean items to ensure availability during peak periods.
• Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Inspect dishwashing machines for performance issues and report any malfunctions.
• Remove garbage regularly and keep the kitchen, floors, walls, doors, and handles sanitized.

Required profile

• Ability to follow instructions and assist with various tasks as needed.
• Strong time‑management skills and attention to detail.
• Availability to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
