US IT & Non-IT Recruiter – Freshers (Night Shift)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our Hyderabad team as US IT & Non‑IT Recruiters. Working night shift aligned with US business hours, you will support the end‑to‑end hiring process for a variety of technology and non‑technology positions.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and job descriptions for IT and non‑IT roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals and other channels.
• Review resumes, shortlist and conduct initial screening interviews.
• Explain job details, responsibilities and work locations to candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment activity in internal systems.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Achieve daily and weekly recruitment targets while maintaining professional communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong interpersonal, convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work night shift and thrive in a target‑oriented environment.
• Good organizational and follow‑up skills.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet applications.
