HR Manager – Hyderabad

About the role

ParkourSC is looking for an HR Manager to lead all people‑related activities for its Hyderabad office. You will be the primary point of contact for HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations, supporting a team of around 40 employees.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day HR operations, including onboarding, off‑boarding, employment records and payroll coordination.
• Administer payroll inputs, benefits, and ensure statutory compliance with Indian labour law.
• Maintain accurate employment filings and documentation.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee relations, handling grievances and workplace issues with discretion.
• Lead full‑cycle recruitment across India, from sourcing to offer coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Support workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives for the Hyderabad office.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour law and statutory compliance.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information and resolve workplace issues fairly.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
