About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Healthcare Recruiter to join our Mohali office and support US‑based client needs. You will source, screen and place qualified healthcare professionals such as nurses, therapists and physicians, working on EST hours to ensure seamless communication and rapid placements.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, databases and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone/video interviews and assess skills and experience.
• Build talent pipelines for high‑demand roles like RNs, CNAs and allied health professionals.
• Collaborate with US clients to understand requirements and negotiate placements.
• Manage candidate relationships, offer letters and onboarding processes.
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1‑3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing; US healthcare experience a plus.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, certifications (e.g., NCLEX, BLS) and visa processes.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive on a night‑shift schedule aligned with EST.
