About the role

Tentwood Trips is seeking a full‑time Travel Consultant to join its Coimbatore office. You will design personalized travel itineraries, manage bookings and reservations, and ensure a seamless journey for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Create tailored itineraries for destinations such as the Maldives, Dubai, Singapore, and Thailand.
• Handle all travel arrangements, reservations, and documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate with local partners to secure services and maintain transparent pricing.
• Monitor travel trends and popular destinations to offer up‑to‑date recommendations.
• Meet deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in travel consulting, reservation handling, and itinerary planning.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
