Transaction Advisory Manager – Tech M&A (French Bilingual)

Accenture Strategy is seeking an experienced Transaction Advisory Manager to lead technology M&A projects for French‑speaking clients. The role combines strategic consulting, deal execution, and post‑deal integration while serving as the primary liaison between French stakeholders and global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or support M&A consulting engagements focused on business strategy, transformation, and sales acceleration.
• Conduct client‑facing interactions in both French and English, ensuring clear communication and cultural alignment.
• Build and manage senior client relationships, acting as the bridge between French stakeholders and global leadership.
• Support opportunity origination, proposal development, and oral presentations to win new work.
• Participate in pre‑deal technology due diligence and post‑deal integration, separation planning, operating‑model alignment, and value‑capture initiatives.
• Develop thought leadership on French market trends and cross‑border business opportunities.

Required profile

• 8+ years of post‑MBA experience in technology M&A consulting, sales or business development.
• Fluent in French (DELF B2 or higher) and English.
• Strong client‑facing and relationship‑building skills.
• Proven ability to work in a global, matrixed environment.
