TPM Coordinator – Mechanical

About the role

The TPM Coordinator – Mechanical will lead the implementation of modern production methods on the shop floor, ensuring high equipment uptime and efficient manufacturing processes. This role combines technical expertise in advanced CNC machine tools with strong planning and procurement capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate shop floor activities, including procurement of tools and consumables.
• Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and SMED initiatives to reduce downtime.
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects using Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, AI tools, and Makigami analysis.
• Oversee CNC programming and maintenance for 3‑axis machines from FANUC and Siemens.
• Conduct FMEA studies and drive corrective actions.
• Provide technical guidance on hydraulics, pneumatics and basic CNC maintenance.

Required profile

• Graduate Engineer (Mechanical, Electronic or any engineering stream).
• 8–12 years of experience in engineering manufacturing, shop planning and procurement.
• Proven leadership in implementing modern production concepts.
