Electrical Maintenance Technician

About the role

This position is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting a wide range of industrial electrical equipment. The role ensures that machinery operates safely and efficiently, supporting production continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on EOT cranes.
• Configure and troubleshoot Yaskawa drives.
• Maintain CNC machines and Lincoln controllers.
• Carry out basic electrical wiring and fault finding.
• Service Fronius and Sigma welding machines.
• Program and troubleshoot Siemens and Mitsubishi PLCs.
• Configure and troubleshoot servo motors and drives.
• Execute preventive maintenance and machine planning.
• Complete reports, checklists, and shift handovers in the system.
• Allocate manpower and manage work allocation.
• Procure machine spare parts and coordinate with suppliers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Strong problem‑solving skills for troubleshooting diverse equipment.
• Organisational capability to handle reporting, planning and spare‑part logistics.
