TM Planning Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a TM Planning Specialist to lead the preparation and monitoring of pre‑construction plans for regional projects. The role involves coordinating with the Head Office planner, contractors, and regional stakeholders to ensure schedules, cash‑flows and cost curves are accurate and aligned with company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare Pre‑Construction Plans (PCP) and baseline schedules, including resource allocation and monthly cash‑flow forecasts, and submit them for HO validation.
• Develop cost curves for each project and ensure they are reviewed by the HO planner.
• Conduct weekly project review meetings, track action items, and provide regular progress updates to the HO and regional teams.
• Visit project sites to verify adherence to plans, compile daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports, and upload them to the Darpan portal.
• Identify potential risks during planning, propose mitigation strategies, and monitor emerging risks throughout execution.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and continuously seek improvements in planning processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction project planning and monitoring at a regional or national level.
• Strong analytical abilities to develop schedules, cash‑flow models and cost curves.
• Excellent coordination skills to work with cross‑functional teams and external contractors.
• Ability to identify risks early and implement effective mitigation measures.
• Commitment to continuous learning and process optimisation.
