Project Manager Wind – Mumbai

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of utility‑scale wind projects. Based at our Head Office, you will travel regularly to project sites to ensure seamless execution, safety, and cost‑effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Drive overall project coordination across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, EHS, Commercial, Land Acquisition, Finance, OEMs, and Site teams.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and identify execution risks.
• Support Site Heads by removing inter‑functional bottlenecks and facilitating timely decisions.
• Coordinate with WTG OEMs, EPC contractors, consultants, and vendors to align deliverables.
• Engage senior management, regulators, and external stakeholders to meet project objectives.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation plans, escalating critical issues as needed.
• Prepare dashboards, management reviews, and governance reports for leadership.
• Oversee commissioning activities and ensure smooth handover to O&M teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing utility‑scale wind projects from initiation through commissioning.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple functional teams and resolve complex execution challenges.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
