About the role

The Territory Service Representative – Operations is the on‑ground face of Blue Dart, responsible for ensuring timely pickup and delivery of customer shipments within an assigned territory while delivering a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver shipments on schedule, adhering to safety and operational procedures.
• Handle shipments safely, perform accurate scanning, and ensure proof‑of‑delivery compliance.
• Manage cash‑on‑delivery (COD) collections and provide correct documentation.
• Coordinate with the Shift In‑charge and branch operations team to meet service commitments.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and represent the Blue Dart brand positively.
• Travel up to 25% of the time within the territory as required.
