Territory Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Territory Service Representative to manage the end‑to‑end delivery process within an assigned area. The role involves handling shipments from the warehouse to the customer, ensuring accurate scanning, documentation and cash‑on‑delivery processing.

Key responsibilities

• Unload bags from vehicles and scan shipments according to the delivery route.
• Deliver packages to the correct address, obtain customer acknowledgment, and record any undelivered status.
• Hand over undelivered shipments and COD amounts to the supervisor on the same day.
• Perform timely pickups at customer locations respecting cut‑off times.
• Count shipments, obtain customer acknowledgment for serviceable items, and record counts.
• In‑scan shipments upon return to the office, enter data into the system and manage onward connections.

Required profile

• Ability to follow delivery routes and adhere to schedules.
• Strong attention to detail for scanning and documentation.
• Good communication skills for interacting with customers and supervisors.
• Physical capability to load and unload packages.
