Logistics Coordinator – US Imports (Night Shift)

About the role

The Logistics Specialist – US / Night Shift supports Fictiv’s U.S. international import logistics operations. Working nights, the role coordinates courier shipments, manages customs documentation, and ensures timely delivery for U.S. business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate international import courier shipments for U.S. operations through carriers such as UPS and FedEx.
• Monitor shipment movement, resolve delivery delays, customs holds, and clearance‑related issues.
• Review shipping documents including commercial invoices, packing lists, HTS classifications and other customs paperwork.
• Maintain shipment tracking records, visibility updates and operational reporting.
• Collaborate with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers and internal teams to resolve shipment and billing issues.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of progressive experience in international logistics, courier operations and import/export coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, Commerce, Foreign Trade, Customs Administration or a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. customs clearance processes, import/export documentation and trade compliance requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, problem‑solving and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with shipment tracking systems.
• Experience with logistics reporting tools.
