Territory Business Manager – Pharmaceutical Sales

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Territory Business Manager to drive sales of our pharmaceutical products within an assigned territory. The role involves gathering market intelligence, conducting prescription audits, implementing sales strategies, and managing relationships with doctors and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Collect market trends and competitor information from stockists and chemists and report to the Sales Business Manager or Regional Sales Manager.
• Perform Retail Chemist Prescription Audits (RCPA) on doctors in the territory to identify high‑prescribers and provide lists for sales forecasting.
• Implement sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Handle queries from doctors, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure accurate territory data management.
• Attend relevant training programs and stay updated on product information.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret market data and prescription patterns.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with doctors, stockists, and internal teams.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently within a defined territory.
