Temporary Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Temporary Operator to support our assembly and coil shop operations, ensuring compliance with safety, health and environmental standards while performing product assembly and equipment operation.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure operations comply with company safety, health and environmental regulations.
• Perform daily work in the assembly and coil shops according to schedule.
• Assemble products and operate basic equipment.
• Set up and operate winding, spot‑welding and molding machines.
• Set up and operate automatic testing equipment for both coil and assembly shops.
• Rotate responsibilities as needed and adhere to all quality standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen.

Required profile

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• 0–2 years of experience operating assembly and testing equipment.
• Willingness to work on a shift basis.
• Physical ability to lift up to 3 kg and distinguish colors.
• Educational background: B.E/B.Tech, Diploma, ITI or any degree.

Required skills

• Operation of winding machines.

• Operation of molding machines.
• Operation of automatic testing equipment.
