Telesales Executive – South Region

About the role

DHL Express is seeking a motivated Telesales Executive for its South region. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with 400‑600 existing DHL customers via telephone, driving revenue retention, development, and new business acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary telephone contact for assigned customers, handling sales and post‑sales inquiries.
• Execute a predefined call cycle, making an average of 35 calls per day to achieve acquisition, development, and maintenance targets.
• Upsell and cross‑sell DHL services and products to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Participate in bi‑weekly sales planning and coaching sessions.
• Collaborate with internal sales channels and other departments to deliver cost‑effective solutions.
• Develop and implement a personal sales plan to identify new prospects and expand existing accounts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in telesales or inside sales, preferably within logistics or related services.
• Strong telephone communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts and meet defined sales targets.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset.
