Executive Sales Representative

About the role

The Executive Sales Representative will work full‑time on‑site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, promoting Anavrin Stays’ customizable vacation experiences. You will engage prospective guests, explain the portfolio of rooms, villas and travel services, and turn leads into confirmed bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to prospective customers, presenting stay options and travel packages.
• Manage the complete sales cycle – from proposal preparation and pricing to contract closure.
• Maintain accurate interaction and deal records in the company’s CRM system.
• Build and nurture relationships with travel partners and agencies.
• Coordinate with operations and customer‑support teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Participate in local marketing events and promotional activities.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve products and services.

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities with experience in lead generation, pipeline management and closing deals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in English and local languages, with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, based on business needs.
