About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Telemarketing Executive to join our team in Mylapore, Chennai. The role focuses on both inbound and outbound calls, primarily within the real‑estate sector, and offers a competitive salary of up to ₹35,000 per month.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound tele‑calls with prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up on leads, update customer information and maintain accurate call records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth information flow and timely resolution of queries.
- Deliver clear and professional communication to enhance customer experience.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months to 3 years of tele‑marketing or customer‑handling experience.
- Experience in the real‑estate industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication, convincing and customer service abilities.
