Telemarketing Associate – Entry Level (Freshers)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Telemarketing Associate to join our marketing team in Thiruvanathapuram. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates who want to start a career in marketing, customer communication and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, explaining products and services.
• Handle basic customer queries and follow up leads via phone and other channels.
• Support the marketing team in lead generation, customer engagement and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and interactions.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead follow‑ups.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and marketing targets.
• Perform additional tele‑support and marketing tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Graduate degree or equivalent qualification; freshers are welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and self‑motivation.
• Ability to speak confidently on the phone and handle customer follow‑ups.
• Target‑oriented and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
