Telecalling Executive - Sales

About the role

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our sales team. This is a target‑driven sales role for someone confident in communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and motivated to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and identify sales opportunities.
• Explain products/services clearly and confidently.
• Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into customers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow‑ups.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team.
• Participate in occasional field sales activities and client visits when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of telecalling sales experience preferred; freshers also encouraged.
• Candidates from Kerala only.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Target‑oriented and self‑motivated.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment.
• Comfortable with occasional field sales.
• Malayalam and English communication skills preferred.
