Telemarketer – Outbound Sales & Appointment Setting

About the role

Tech Geum Private Limited is seeking a full‑time Telemarketer to work on‑site in Perintalmanna. You will make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, introduce the company’s ERP and consulting services, qualify leads and arrange product demonstrations for the sales and consulting teams.

Key responsibilities

• Follow call scripts and deliver clear information about SAP, Zoho and Odoo solutions.
• Maintain accurate interaction records in the CRM system.
• Handle inbound inquiries, answer basic questions and forward complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to achieve call targets and support campaigns.
• Schedule appointments, demos and follow‑up calls for the sales and consulting teams.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for professional phone engagement.
• Customer‑service orientation to resolve minor issues and ensure a positive caller experience.
• Sales aptitude to identify opportunities, qualify leads and support conversion.
• Ability to efficiently schedule meetings and demos.
• Basic computer literacy with consistent on‑site attendance and time‑management.
• Prior telemarketing, inside‑sales or call‑center experience is an advantage.
• Minimum high‑school diploma; a degree in business, marketing or related field is a plus.
