Telecaller – Work from Home or Office

About the role

We are looking for energetic Telecallers to join our team, handling both remote and on‑site assignments. The role focuses on outbound outreach to potential clients, generating qualified leads and converting interest into advance payments.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate quality leads.
• Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Follow up with interested leads and convert them into advance payments.
• Maintain accurate call records and lead details in the system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets consistently.
• Collaborate with the team to maximize conversion rates.

Required profile

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Confident, persuasive, and results‑oriented.
• Experience in telecalling or sales is preferred, but freshers with strong communication can apply.
• Basic computer knowledge and strong negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a target‑driven mindset.
