Tele Caller – Sales & Marketing (Work-from-Home option)

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Tele Caller to drive user acquisition for our online platform. You will engage prospective and existing users, explain our services, and guide them through registration, contributing to the growth of active users.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers, presenting the website, its features and services.
• Encourage and assist users in completing their registration on the portal.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, interactions and follow‑up actions using CRM tools.
• Conduct follow‑up calls to ensure successful onboarding and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for call volume, user registrations and feedback scores.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to align outreach strategies and maintain clear communication.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Fluency in Tamil with basic working knowledge of English.
• Positive attitude, customer‑centric approach and willingness to meet targets.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with CRM or calling tools.
