Technician II – Maintenance & Documentation

About the role

The Technician II will be responsible for the maintenance and documentation of critical equipment in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role combines hands‑on HVAC and building management system upkeep with the preparation and closure of GMP, QMS and qualification documents.

Key responsibilities

• Perform breakdown (B/D) and preventive maintenance (PM) on HVAC systems.
• Coordinate remedial actions with equipment manufacturers.
• Collaborate with QA, QE, Production and Purchasing departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain an inventory of critical spare parts.
• Support qualification activities and approve related documentation.
• Monitor and operate the Building Management System (BMS).
• Participate in technical investigations and incident reporting.
• Initiate, review and close QMS documents in accordance with SOPs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of experience in maintenance or engineering.
• Diploma in Engineering.
• Authorized to sign engineering GMP documents.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
