Technical Project Manager

About the role

Codewalla is seeking a Technical Project Manager with 7–10 years of experience to lead delivery of complex web and data products. You will own the end‑to‑end execution of our Next.js frontend, Node/Azure Functions backend, and Python‑based ETL pipelines while collaborating closely with product, design, and QA teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain project plans, sprint goals, release trains, and manage dependencies.
• Run Agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, planning, stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives) and keep boards clean and actionable.
• Translate requirements into tickets with clear acceptance criteria and enforce definition of ready/done.
• Drive release management including versioning, rollback plans, and post‑release checklists.
• Partner with QA to define test strategy, environments, and exit criteria.
• Provide concise weekly status updates, risk reports, and stakeholder communications.
• Leverage AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT to accelerate execution.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of technical project or program management experience delivering web and data products.
• Strong grasp of SDLC, Agile/Lean delivery, and release management.
• Ability to bridge conversations between product managers, designers, and engineers.
• Hands‑on experience with backlog tools (Jira, ClickUp) and building predictive dashboards.
• Experience scaling post‑MVP programs (observability, SLOs, cost governance, migration planning).
