Associate - QA Automation

About the role

As a Test Automation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, delivering, and maintaining high‑quality automated testing solutions across a suite of innovative products. You will work closely with developers, product owners, architects, and wider engineering teams to drive a quality‑first mindset and ensure that automation is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain automation solutions using Cypress Cloud and Selenium WebDriver for end‑to‑end testing.
• Implement BDD practices with Cucumber and Reqnoll.
• Develop unit and component tests with Jest (desirable).
• Conduct performance testing using K6 or JMeter (desirable).
• Manage cross‑browser testing via BrowserStack.
• Work within a monorepo architecture to deliver efficient, scalable test orchestration.
• Ensure continuous testing through GitHub and DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in test automation and QA engineering roles.
• Hands‑on experience with monorepo structures and test orchestration.
• Strong understanding of test automation strategies, frameworks, methodologies, and patterns.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to collaborate confidently with engineers, analysts, and product teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a quality‑first mindset.
• Clear communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high‑quality automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Experience working in Agile Scrum delivery environments.
