About the role

You will assist with the efficient running of the housekeeping department, aligning with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards. The role focuses on meeting employee, guest and owner expectations while ensuring high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel.

Key responsibilities

Support the department’s efficient operation in line with corporate strategies and brand standards.
Manage all functions related to the cleanliness of guest rooms and hotel floors.

Required profile

Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel operations.
Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
