Team Leader - Desktop Support

About the role

TaskUs is looking for a Team Leader – Desktop Support to oversee a group of remote technical support engineers. In this role you will ensure seamless IT operations for international clients while driving high‑quality customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day planning and operations of a remote support team.
• Monitor and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each teammate.
• Organize schedules, conduct team huddles, coaching sessions, and address performance gaps.
• Provide remote technical assistance via phone, email, chat, and remote‑desktop tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for a global user base.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting international clients in a technical support environment.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and a sense of responsibility.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop team members to deliver superior service.
