Team Lead – Trade Finance (Promotions & Claims)

About the role

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories is seeking a Team Lead for Trade Finance, focusing on promotions and claim processing within its Consumer Health division. The role oversees a global team operating across more than 30 markets, ensuring accurate and timely handling of trade promotions and retailer claims.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a team responsible for trade promotion management and claim processing.
• Define, monitor and report on key performance indicators such as turnaround time, accuracy and compliance adherence.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to increase process efficiency and reduce errors.
• Oversee the setup, validation and tracking of promotional schemes in SAP and the Anaplan TPM/TCM platform, ensuring correct mapping of schemes, channel spends, incentive structures and retailer agreements.
• Maintain system hygiene and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues.
• Process distributor and retailer claims across various schemes and e‑commerce channels, validating them against approved terms, trade contracts and commercial guidelines.
• Monitor claim aging, manage disputes and ensure timely resolution.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading teams in trade promotion management or trade finance.
• Strong understanding of KPI management and continuous‑improvement methodologies.
• Experience working in a global environment covering multiple markets.
• Ability to coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders to resolve system and process issues.
