Team Lead – Experiential Travel Operations

About the role

Join Soul Travelling as a Team Lead and drive the day‑to‑day execution of immersive travel experiences across Goa. You will manage a small on‑ground team, coordinate with local storytellers and partners, and ensure each journey reflects our commitment to conscious, community‑centric travel.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, logistics, and on‑site execution of multiple experience trails.
• Supervise, mentor, and schedule a diverse team of local hosts and support staff.
• Maintain clear communication between operations, sales, and experience design teams.
• Monitor guest feedback, resolve issues promptly, and uphold safety and hospitality standards.
• Support the launch of new experiences and nurture relationships with community stakeholders.
• Contribute ideas to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in team leadership or supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests, partners, and internal teams.
• Interest or background in travel, tourism, hospitality, events, or community‑based projects.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Konkani or other Indian languages is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
