Team Lead - Embedded Systems

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to head our Embedded Team. The role involves guiding engineers, delivering high‑quality embedded software, and ensuring projects align with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of embedded engineers to deliver robust software and systems.
• Drive end‑to‑end project execution: requirement analysis, design, development, testing, validation and deployment.
• Collaborate with hardware, product, testing and systems engineering teams.
• Act as a technical leader, reviewing designs and code and providing hands‑on support when needed.
• Allocate resources, plan projects, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in embedded systems development and delivery.
• Proven track record of leading multiple engineers across successful projects, preferably in electromechanical or automation product companies.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical and decision‑making abilities.

Required skills

• Embedded C/C++ programming.
• Real‑time operating systems (RTOS) and device driver development.
• Microcontrollers and microprocessors.
• Communication protocols: CAN, Modbus, SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet.
• Hardware‑software integration tools: debuggers, oscilloscopes.
• Version control systems: Git, SVN.
