Tax Consultant – Transfer Pricing (Kolkata)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Tax Consultant to join our Kolkata team. You will support clients with tax compliance, transfer pricing, and related advisory services while gaining exposure to cross‑border employee structuring and expatriate matters.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file individual tax returns, e‑TDS returns, and draft submissions for tax authorities.
• Represent clients before tax authorities and advise on inbound/outbound employee structuring, immigration, and provident fund issues.
• Collaborate with senior tax professionals to deliver comprehensive tax solutions and ensure work is executed according to firm methodologies.
• Utilise electronic working papers and relevant software to conduct research, analyse data, and produce accurate tax advisory and compliance deliverables.
• Maintain confidentiality, meet tight deadlines, and contribute to team performance through knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0‑1 year of relevant tax experience.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities with a detail‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and operate as a proactive team player.
