Senior & Junior Accountant – Immediate Joiners

About the role

We are a growth‑driven organisation in the sustainable technology and recycling sector, operating under strict compliance and audit requirements. Our finance team values precision, ownership and zero‑compromise integrity. We seek a performance‑oriented accounting professional with 3–5 years of corporate experience to independently manage accounting cycles, statutory compliance, reconciliations and audit coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and close monthly books on strict timelines, ensuring zero‑mismatch ledgers and clean reconciliations.
• Handle end‑to‑end AP/AR cycles, bank, vendor, debtor and statutory reconciliations, and monitor working‑capital movements.
• Manage GST reconciliations and filings, ensure 100 % TDS compliance and prepare documentation for internal and statutory audits.
• Prepare monthly MIS with variance analysis, support P&L and balance‑sheet preparation, and provide data for management decisions.
• Lead audit preparation, maintain audit‑ready documentation, strengthen internal controls and identify financial risks.
• Oversee inventory accounting, stock reconciliations, fixed‑asset register, depreciation schedules and capital‑expenditure tracking.

Required profile

• B.Com or M.Com (mandatory); CA Inter or CMA Inter preferred.
• 3–5 years proven corporate accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or compliance‑driven environments.
• Strong exposure to GST and TDS handling.
• High ethical standards, ownership mindset and detail‑obsessed approach.

Required skills

• Advanced working knowledge of Tally or other ERP systems.
• Proficient Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data reconciliation).
• In‑depth understanding of GST and TDS statutory compliance frameworks.
