Tax Compliance & Planning Specialist – EMEA

About the role

Agilent is seeking a Tax Compliance & Planning Specialist to support its operations across the EMEA region. The role focuses on indirect taxation, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the company’s global tax strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tax advice and services in indirect taxation for the EMEA region.
• Research, prepare, analyze, and document tax issues and compliance matters.
• Partner with business units and functions to implement process changes.
• Participate in the formulation and implementation of Agilent’s global tax strategy.
• Represent Agilent in audits, litigation, and negotiations with tax authorities.
• Collaborate on cross‑functional projects with finance, legal, HR, and other departments.

Required profile

• Graduate or master’s degree in commerce (MBA) with 4 years experience, or CA with 3 years experience.
• 3‑4 years of experience in indirect taxation, preferably in the EMEA/APAC region.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
