Senior Finance Executive – Procurement & Cost Management

About the role

Avery Dennison is looking for a Senior Finance Executive to lead procurement KPIs across the Asia‑Pacific region, drive cost‑saving initiatives and support budgeting and forecasting for procurement‑related financial metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Regional lead for driving Procurement KPIs across Asia Pacific.
• Plan and forecast imported laminate price inflation/deflation with the Procurement team.
• Benchmark cost factors and payable terms across regions.
• Manage supplier rebates in partnership with Procurement and SCM.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting of procurement‑related KPIs.
• Prepare standard cost updates and conduct PPV & revaluation analysis.
• Provide cost information to product managers for pricing decisions.
• Ensure timely monthly/quarterly closing activities and reporting.

Required profile

• Professional degree (CA/CMA) with 2‑5 years of relevant experience, preferably regional exposure.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.
• Proficiency with computers and financial software, especially spreadsheet modeling.
• Eager to learn, self‑motivated and responsible.
• Flexibility to balance work and personal life.
