Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will support the delivery of our client’s RPO and MSP hiring programmes. Working closely with the Page Outsourcing team and client stakeholders, you will own candidate generation, selection and guide hiring managers through the interview process to successful onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with Talent Acquisition Manager and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, expectations and timelines.
• Support monthly recruitment reporting, including diversity and inclusion metrics.
• Act as the client’s storyteller, communicating culture, strategy and opportunities to candidates.
• Source talent using ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, social networks, employee referrals and networking events.
• Research target companies and locations to build talent pipelines.
• Develop and maintain external prospect networks and provide market insights to inform recruiting decisions.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with prior experience in recruitment or a client‑centric environment.
• Inquisitive nature and passion for helping people achieve their career potential.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Advanced use of LinkedIn for sourcing.
• Experience with job board platforms and internet sourcing techniques.
