Talent Acquisition Manager – Director Level

About the role

The Director position is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Mumbai. You will provide strategic leadership for business operations, drive growth across key verticals and ensure alignment with the company’s vision and market priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee cross‑functional teams to optimise manufacturing and service delivery performance for video surveillance and security solutions.
• Monitor market trends, build and maintain relationships with key partners and customers, and support long‑term business planning.
• Establish governance frameworks, manage budgets, ensure regulatory and quality compliance, and mentor senior managers.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and people‑management experience, with a proven track record in strategic planning, business development and P&L management within technology, manufacturing or security solutions.
• Solid understanding of video surveillance, electronics or related technology domains and experience in operational excellence and process optimisation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, able to influence executive and customer levels.
