System Administrator – IT Operations & Microsoft 365

About the role

Athena Infonomics is seeking a System Administrator with 4‑6 years of experience to maintain and support its IT operations, infrastructure and Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will ensure reliable, secure, and efficient services for a hybrid and remote workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Azure AD.
• Manage user accounts, licenses, groups, MFA, Conditional Access and other identity security controls.
• Provide remote and onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating systems and business applications.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, procurement, warranty, repairs and disposal.
• Coordinate software licensing, renewals and vendor relationships.
• Support endpoint security initiatives and monitor security alerts.
• Assist with networking components such as firewalls, switches, routers and wireless networks.
• Contribute to automation, AI‑powered tool adoption and continuous improvement of IT processes.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in system administration or similar IT roles.
• Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 environments and hybrid work setups.
• Strong understanding of security best practices, identity management and asset lifecycle.
