About the role
We are looking for a professional to lead SuccessFactor Succession Planning (SP) and Career Development Planning (CDP) for our operations in Gurugram. The role focuses on using the SuccessFactors platform to design and manage succession pipelines and career pathways.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain succession plans using the SuccessFactors SP module.
- Design and implement career development plans through the CDP module.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align talent strategies with organizational goals.
- Ensure data accuracy and generate reports on talent readiness.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in SuccessFactors Succession Planning or Career Development Planning.
- Based in Gurugram, India.
- Strong understanding of talent management processes.
